Q: How can I pay you?
You can choose between several payment options. Because of the high charges (up to 8%) we don’t accept credit cards directly. If you want to pay with your credit or debit card you can use the platform for online payments of Moneybookers.com

Q: What are the payment arrangements?
A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the rental charge is payable on booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
A refundable Breakage Deposit (£ 100) is payable in cash at the arrival at the villa.

Q: What does the Breakage Deposit cover?
Due to the contract that we have with the villa owners a refundable deposit of GBP 100 will be charged to cover possible damages, breakages and/or excessively dirty condition on departure.

Q: How is it repaid?
The Breakage Deposit is payable in cash at the arrival at the villa and will be returned before you leave the villa.

Q: What are the cancellation conditions?
As our business is small, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancelation policy applies:

DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE PROPORTION OF TOTAL
More than 56 days 20%
28 - 55 days 50%
Less than 28 days 100%

Schould you cancell your booking the reservation deposit will be forfeited anyway.

Q: How do I alter my holiday?
We are quite flexible and if we have availability for the new dates this shouldn’t be a problem.

Q: How do we get from the airport to the villa?
We provide a free airport transfer service for four people.
Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night.
The driver has the villa keys and will drive you straight there.
At the end of your stay we will drive you back to the airport.

Q: Supposed we are more than four people?
If your group size is more than 4 then an additional car (£10 each way) will be provided to follow
or the driver will escort a hire-car as well at no charge, directly to the villa.

Q: Suppose our flight is delayed?
Provided that we have the correct details the driver will wait through flight delays.
It is a great help for us if you telephone us in case your flight is delayed.

Q: What will be in the villa?
We offer “large” and “small” Welcome packs. This can be ordered with your booking or later.

Q: Can we get an evening meal?
We can also provide a ‘late arrivals’ food-pack - please contact us.

Q: What should we bring on holiday?
Apart from the obvious things, such as passport, driving licence, sun cream etc.
we would say the most important item is a mobile phone.

Q: Can we bring our dog?
We are sorry but this is not possible.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances due to the fact that ongoing
clients may have an allergy to animals.
Additionally clients are requested not to feed or allow stray cats or dogs inside the property.

Q: Do we need to rent a car?
Car hire is recommended. Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas are only a few minutes drive away.

Q: How faraway are the main attractions
The villa is only 20 min from Sunn Beach and 20 min from Bourgas city. This is one of the major resons this is such a sought area.

Q: What services are included in the rental charge?
The following items are included:
Preparation before and cleaning after occupation.
You will receive from us clean bed linen and towels once per week.
If your booking is for 9 days or less the linen change is not included.

Q: How many people are included in the servicing?
Servicing will be provided for the number of people up to the normal capacity of the villa.

Q: Suppose we need extra cots or beds?
There will be no extra charges up to the normal capacity of the villa.
The normal capacity is six adults - 2 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom - plus a sofa bed in the living room.

Q: What are the arrangements about water, electricity, etc.?
There are no extra charges for water, electricity and pool servicing. These charges are included in the rental price.

Rates

Our Rates

The prices are per week per villa and including airport transfer for four people. We accept bookings only of min. 7 days ore more. A security deposit of £ 100 is required cash at arrival. It will be returned before you leave the holiday villa. To reserve a villa we require 20% non-refundable booking deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.


Rates apply to both "Meadow View Villas" AND "Sunny Hills Villas"

Minimum stay:
Minimum stay is one week. Each additional day after the fisrt week is paid on a daly basis - one day is 1/7 of the weekly rate.

Change over day
Change over day is flexible. In most cases you will be accomodated immetiately after arrival and also will be able to stay in the villa up to the time you have to leave for the airport.

The rental price includes following services:

  • 3-Bed villa (sleeps 6) for 1 week
  • Airport transfer for 4 people. Larger groups hire additionally a second car / taxi (£ 10 each direction) or our driver will escort a hire car too.
  • Bed linen and towels

  • Swimming poll (shared)
  • Water and electricity
  • Final cleaning
  • Change over day is flexible
