Q: How do we book?
Completing the online booking form will send us an email from you. We will reply within 24h (usually on very same day).

Q: How can I pay you?
You can choose between several payment methods
1. Credit card - Visa or Mastercard
2. PayPal
3. Bank transfer in GBP or EUR

Q: What are the payment arrangements?
A non-refundable reservation deposit of 30% of the rental charge is payable on booking.
The balance is payable 3 months prior arrival.
A refundable Breakage Deposit (£ 100 /€150/) is payable in cash on arrival at the villa.

Q: What does the Breakage Deposit cover?
Due to the contract that we have with the villa owners a refundable deposit of GBP 100 / EUR 150 will be charged to cover possible damages, breakages and/or excessively dirty condition on departure.

Q: How is it repaid?
The Breakage Deposit is payable in cash at the arrival at the villa and will be returned before you leave the villa.

Q: What are the cancellation conditions?
As our business is small, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancelation policy applies:

Schould you cancell your booking the reservation deposit will be forfeited anyway. We strongly recommend all guests to take out adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation.

Q: How do I alter my holiday?
We are quite flexible and if we have availability for the new dates this shouldn’t be a problem.

How far in advance do I need to book the villa?
It is first come, first served. That is why it would be best for you to book a villa as early as possible. July and August are very desirable at our villas and you shouldn’t rely on a last minute reservation. Our guests start making reservations for next August in October.

Q: Should I buy Travel Insurance?
YES! You’ve invested a lot of money, time and aspirations into your upcoming vacation, and Travel Insurance serves to protect that investment from cancellation, delay, loss, theft or disruption due to medical emergencies (on vacation or back at home).

What time is the villa available from and what time must it be vacated?
As we try to make you feel comfortable we don’t have check- in and check-out times. Unless otherwise agreed your villa will be available from the time of your arrival up to the time you should go to the airport (This is dependent on bookings either side of your stay)

Q: How do we get from the airport to the villa?
We provide a free airport transfer service.
Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night.
The driver has the villa keys and will drive you straight there.
At the end of your stay we will drive you back to the airport.

Q: Suppose our flight is delayed?
Provided that we have the correct details the driver will wait through flight delays.
It is a great help for us if you telephone us in case your flight is delayed.

Q: How do I get the key to the villa?
You will either be met at the airport or at the villa by a representative of our company who will give you your keys to the villa as well as a house tour to familiarize you with all aspects of the villa.

Q: What will be in the villa?
We offer “large” and “small” Welcome packs. This can be ordered with your booking or later.

Q: Can we get an evening meal?
We can also provide a ‘late arrivals’ food-pack - please contact us.

Q: What should we bring on holiday?
Apart from the obvious things, such as passport, driving licence, sun cream etc.
we would say the most important item is a mobile phone.

Q: Can we bring our dog?
We are sorry but this is not possible.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances due to the fact that ongoing
clients may have an allergy to animals.
Additionally clients are requested not to feed or allow stray cats or dogs inside the property.

Q: Do we need to rent a car?
Car hire is recommended. Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas are only a few minutes drive away.

Q: How faraway are the main attractions
The villa is only 20 min from Sunn Beach and 20 min from Bourgas city. This is one of the major resons this is such a sought area.

Q: What services are included in the rental charge?
The following items are included:
Preparation before and cleaning after occupation.
You will receive from us clean bed linen and towels once per week.
If your booking is for 9 days or less the linen change is not included.

Q: How many people are included in the servicing?
Servicing will be provided for the number of people up to the normal capacity of the villa.

Q: Suppose we need extra cots or beds?
There will be no extra charges up to the normal capacity of the villa.
Please contact us in advandce if your group size exceeds the standard capacity..

Q: What are the arrangements about water, electricity, etc.?
There are no extra charges for water, electricity and pool servicing. These charges are included in the rental price.

Q: Who do I contact in the event I have a problem at the villa?
Our company is accessible round the clock to respond to any problem you might have at your villa. You will find a representative of our conpany within 5 min walk, you will be supplied with our contact information, along with other important local information.

Q: What if we need help with somthing else?
Should you need some help regarding your holiday in Bulgaria we will be at your disposal. Please check the services we offer here or you can contact us.
