“DJANNY” is one of the chapest restaurants in the Sunny Beach resort, loved by Bulgarians and by Tourists for their fast service, incredibly cheap prices and fresh food. This place is known as it offer the best of the bulgarian cuisine, big salads (’Shopska Salad’ is the most popular Bulgarian salad), grill and local food. Condor is the other cheap restaurant in Suny Beach. You will find local cousine and nice prices with beautiful atmosphere. As having on of the best prices in Sunny Beach expect to have to queue to get in, especially around 8-9h in the evening. "Khan’s Tent"

Khan's Tent in Sunny Beach, BulgariaHanska Shatra (Khan’s Tent) which sits atop a hill several kilometers north of Sunny Beach. Set in a secluded wooded setting with beautiful views of the coast below, the spot is supposedly the one where Khan Krum had a military encampment in 812. The large, rounded structure has twenty curved concrete columns inside which connect at the apex, resembling a huge tent such as was used by the Proto-Bulgarians. The interior is decorated with mosaics, one of which depicts the Khan feasting. Waiters wear period costumes. Live folk music starts nightly at seven, followed by an hour-long elaborate floor show. Predictably, the place is touristy - and expensive - but, it’s vacation time !!!

"Picadilly" Restaurant

This is one of the best restaurants in Sunny Beach with a very good local and international menu. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The atmosphere is fantastice with live music every night. Reasonable prices. Also very good for fish & seafood.

Bistro Billys is just a short walk from the Iberostar Sunny Beach Resort. Billy and his staff are very friendly and make you very welcome. They are open 24 hours and nothing is a problem for them.
There is plenty of food on offer for everyones taste buds like soups, pizzas, chicken, meats from the spit, lovely shopska salads and cakes and much much more all at good prices.
Sit at a roadside table and listen to the music, enjoy your food and drink and watch the world go by.

"Las Palmas" Restaurant

Food is great in there! What makes it so special is that you dont have to be scared of what you are going to get on your plate. Meals are quite routine restaurant food but still good.
And about 9 o’clock in the evening turns the place into a bar (you can still have your meal and then just stay in the bar). For some reasons there’s lot of swedish in the bar always..

You can have a cheeseburger meal on lunch time. It tastes really good after spending many hours under the hot sun on the beach.

Location

The village of Bryastovets on the map of Bulgaria

Our villas are located in the village of Bryastovets. The village is small, peacefull and tranquill - a perfect location for a family holiday.

Within walking distance < 300 m:

· 1x Shop

· 3x Bars (serving food)


The shop and the bars are located in the centre of Bryastovets on the village square. In the shop you will find most essential groceries like bread, cheese, sweets, cheese, ham & eggs, crisps, juice, coke, beer, local alcoholic drinks etc.
The bars serve local food of good quality at very reasonable prices (up to several times cheaper than Sunny Beach). You will get there soups, salads, steaks/chicken/chips and they also sell things like water, coke, beer, crisps, ice cream, etc.
The bars are family friendly and the staff (some of them) speaks English.

Nessebar - 19km
City of Bourgas - 25km (town centre)

Town of Aytos - 11 km
Town of Kableshkovo - 9 km


City of Bourgas

It is a nice and quick drive to the city of Bourgas. The distance from the villas to Bourgas is 19 km only. You will find several large supermarkets like Metro/Makro and Carrefour at the very beginning of the city. These supermarkets are easy to find and give holidaymakers the opportunity to stock up with food and drinks for a whole week.

Did You Know?
Bourgas has a large and sandy beach strip. There are many bars, coffee shops and restaurants along the beach promenade with beautiful sea views. The promenade itself is a nice place for a walk and very popular with the people living in Bourgas.


Nessebar & Sunny Beach

The probably best known Bulgarian Seaside resorts. The old quarter of Nessebar linked to the mainland by a narrow neck of land is included in the list of monuments of the world cultural and natural heritage compiled at UNESCO. It is a gorgeous place to visit with outstanding fish restaurants (must visit). Nessebar is linked to Sunny Beach by a short strip of sand dunes (protected as natural reserve).


With more that 120 hotels and tens of apartment Sunny Beach can accommodate some 60, 000 visitors. It is a pretty crowded holiday place but it stil offers zillion things to do. There are a zillion things to do in Sunny Beach. All family activities include windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, speed boating, scooter-driven parachuting, pedalboat-ing, water skiing, horseback riding, archery, mini-golf, roller and in-line skating, bowling, tennis, bicycling, wall climbing (for the truly bored), and beach volleyball. Night Life runs the gamut from floor shows and variety acts to casinos to clubs and discos.

Our tip:

The two water parks in Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Kids love them and mamma and pppa will be happy too.

Town of Aytos

Aytos is a small town some 11 km west of Bryastovets. There is a fairly decent supermarket in Aytos where fresh fruits and vegetables can be bought at the stalls outside. On Wednesday there is a local market at Aytos (above supermarket) selling clothes, household items, jewellery, stoves, etc. There is a zoo in Aytos which is well “hidden” (outside of town and no road signs). We will be glad to give you drive directions for the zoo in Aytos.

Town of Kableshkovo

Kableshkovo is another small town some 9 km from Bryastovets on the main road to Sunny Beach. There are various shops across Kableshkovo and a market again. The same market from Aytos is at Kableshkovo on Thursday.

Q: How can I pay you?
You can choose between several payment options. Because of the high charges (up to 8%) we don’t accept credit cards directly. If you want to pay with your credit or debit card you can use the services for online payments PayPal and Moneybookers

Q: What are the payment arrangements?
A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the rental charge is payable on booking.
The balancevam be paid either in advance or cash on arrival.
A refundable Breakage Deposit (£ 100 /€150/) is payable in cash on arrival at the villa.

Q: What does the Breakage Deposit cover?
Due to the contract that we have with the villa owners a refundable deposit of GBP 100 will be charged to cover possible damages, breakages and/or excessively dirty condition on departure.

Q: How is it repaid?
The Breakage Deposit is payable in cash at the arrival at the villa and will be returned before you leave the villa.

Q: What are the cancellation conditions?
As our business is small, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancelation policy applies:

Less than 28 days 100%

Schould you cancell your booking the reservation deposit will be forfeited anyway.

Q: How do we get from the airport to the villa?
We provide a free airport transfer service for four people.
Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night.
The driver has the villa keys and will drive you straight there.
At the end of your stay we will drive you back to the airport.

Q: Supposed we are more than four people?
If your group size is more than 4 then an additional car (€15 each way) will be provided to follow
or the driver will escort a hire-car as well at no charge, directly to the villa.

Q: Suppose our flight is delayed?
Provided that we have the correct details the driver will wait through flight delays.
It is a great help for us if you telephone us in case your flight is delayed.

We are sorry but this is not possible.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances due to the fact that ongoing
clients may have an allergy to animals.
Additionally clients are requested not to feed or allow stray cats or dogs inside the property.

Q: Do we need to rent a car?
Car hire is recommended. Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas are only a few minutes drive away.

Q: How faraway are the main attractions
The villa is only 20 min from Sunn Beach and 20 min from Bourgas city. This is one of the major resons this is such a sought area.

Q: What services are included in the rental charge?
The following items are included:
Preparation before and cleaning after occupation.
You will receive from us clean bed linen and towels once per week.
If your booking is for 9 days or less the linen change is not included.

Servicing will be provided for the number of people up to the normal capacity of the villa.

Q: Suppose we need extra cots or beds?
There will be no extra charges up to the normal capacity of the villa.
The normal capacity is six adults - 2 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom - plus a sofa bed in the living room.

There are no extra charges for water, electricity and pool servicing. These charges are included in the rental price.
