For UK guests the fastest and most comfortable way to get to the villas is to fly from an UK airport of your choice to Bourgas airport. The airport pick-up is free for groups up to 4 people. Larger groups will be charged £ 10 each way for a second car or our driver will escort a hire car from the airport (free of charge).

Guest from rest of Europe (Germany, France, Switzerland, Pland, Romania) might consider driving to Bulgaria. Finding your way straight to villas could be difficult for people driving for the first time in Bulgaria. To make it easier for both of us we can make an arrangement to wait for you at the very beginning of the city of Bourgas and then escort you to the villa. This service is also free of charge.

Renter’s and Driver’s age: Minimum age required is 23 years old for group A, B and C, and 25 years old for groups D, E, F, L, and G.
Driving License and passport: Driver(s) must be in possession of driving license, issued at least 2 years ago. A valid passport have to be presented at time of rental.
Terms of payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable on checkout in cash or credit card.
Delivery/Collection Charges: Free of charges to all Black Sea resorts and airports.
Third Party Liability: The rented vehicle is covered for Third Party Liability in accordance with the Bulgarian law without additional payment.
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection: C.D.W. and T.P.are included without extra charge with the exception of any damages caused undercar body and the tires caused by negligence.
Deposit: Renter must pay 100 EUR refundable deposit. No deposit is required from renters holding an MasterCard and VISA CARD.
Special equipment: Baby seats are available at 10 EUR per item for the whole rental period.

You stay in a massive one-storey detached house designed and completed for a comfortable holiday. The house has three bedrooms – two double bedrooms, and one twin bedded room, one shower room, a kitchen with dining table for six, and living lounge with Satellite TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, and all the cutlery and pottery.

A wonderful breakfast and seating opportunity is offering the veranda in front of the house. Enjoy your holiday with a book in the hand in the shade of the veranda surrounded by the sounds of the birds and nothing else. For alfresco dining there are 2 stand alone BBQs with dining tables for 18 (resp. 12) under the shade of the massive tiles covered roof.

You will get a good night’s sleep here! You live in rural village, far away from the bustle of the city with its humming motorbikes and honking cars. Set in an area famous for its wine and brandy, Bryastovets has pleasing hills and plains with stunning views. Ideal for walking in the hills, painting, fishing, photography, bird watching or just plain relaxing! Tucked away in a pretty green village, surrounded in the traditions of Bulgarian country living changed little by the modern world, we offer a warm welcome. Enjoy a tranquil holiday in beautiful rural Bulgaria with lots of sun, peaceful surroundings and fresh local produce.

While the quiet location is far from every disturbance you are still 20 minutes drive (south) to the city of Bourgas and again 20 minutes drive (west) to the largest and best known holiday resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar where you can refuel yourself with energy, stroll trough antic alleys, swim in the blue sea or having a delicious meal and refreshing drinks in one of the hundreds pubs, bars and restaurants. The beaches are of beautiful golden sand and the sea is safe for children. All family activities include water parks, water sports, go-kart, cycling, windsurfing, jet skis and bungee jumping.

We are sorry but pets are not permitted due to the fact that ongoing clients may have an allergy to animals.

Our changeover day is flexible. This makes it easier for you to find suitable and cheaper flights.

All rental properties here come with free airport transfer for four people from and to Bourgas Airport. Our english speaking driver will pick you up from the airport at any time of the day or night. The driver has the villa keys and will drive you straight there. At the end of your stay we will drive you back to the airport.

We can assure you that you will not feel like a stranger after your arrival. At the house you will find a folder with the most useful information written in English & map of the area. It gives you a short information about the area with way description to the local stores and bars and very detailed road description to Sunny Beach and Bourgas (big supermarkets). We are on the site every day and will try to help you in any way we can. You will have our mobile phone numbers in case of emergency.

Location
The villas are set in the village of Bryastovets - 15 min drive from Bourgas Airport and 20 minutes drive to eighter Bourgas city (to the south) or the resort of Sunny Beach and Nessebar (to the east). The village is quiet, peacefull and very safe.

Large Food Pack £25	Essential Grocery Pack includes: Bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, jam, biscuits, fruit, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, vegetable oil, bacon, eggs, bottled water and orange juice. At your arrival you will find the items in the fridge resp. kitchen cupboards:
Starter Food pack £15	Alternative (smaller) food pack as an option for £15. It consists of bread, butter, ham, eggs, milk, water, tea, coffee and juice.
Laundry service £3,5	You give us the laundry in a corb, we do the laundry an give it back to you (wet). The laundry should be prepared for the wasching mashine e.g. for colour / white wash.
High chair hire	£10 per week
Extra cleaning	£15 - optional mid-stay clean after first week - for two week stays, or more.

The location of the villas is an ideal starting point for going on excursions to the cities of Nessebar, Karlovo, Zheravna, Varna and the Bulgarian south coast. You will find easily your way on the roads.
The main road to Sunny Beach goes through the village and there is also a direkt road to Bourgas city.

Action Aquapark (Sunny Beach) ca. 29km away
Action Aquapark is the most amusing, inspiring and emotional location on the Bulgarian Black sea coast. The aqua park offers water attractions for each taste and age. Thirteen water attractions, several cocktail bars offering fresh drinks, and restaurants here you can try tempting culinary specialities.

Aqua Paradise (Nessebar) ca. 20km away
		Aqua Paradise is the paradise of the water entertainments. The total length of the slides exceeds 650 m, and they are located among exotic castles, swimming pools, restaurants, open cocktail bars, verdure, which turn the park into one of the most exciting places for entertainment of both children and adults in Bulgaria.

Town of Nessebar (old part) 22km away
Nessebar is one of the oldest cities in Europe and has a unique colour and architecture. It is located on a small peninsula in the Black Sea wich is linked with the land only by a long and narrow isthmus. It has existed for more than 9,000 years. It emerged as a fortified Thracian settlement; afterwards it was a Greek polis, then a Roman colony. Has 2 parts - the Old Part and the New Part.

All holiday villas at "Meadow View Villas" and "Sunny Hills Villas" are identical and have the same layout and furniture. Below you will find a list with facilities you will definitely find at every house. Other facilities may vary and are subject of change without prior notice.

Bedrooms (3)	- 2 double bedromms (large size bed 164 x 190 cm) - 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds 82 x 190 cm) There is a double wardrobe in the double bedrooms and one single wardrobe in the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is perfect for children but will accomodate adults also.
Bathroom	Modern family bathroom, fully tiled, with a fabulous large walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
Living room	Open plan sitting room The sitting room is attractively and comfortable furnished, with satellite TV. There is also a DVD (DivX). You should bring your own DVD`s The dining room has a table that accommodates 6.
Kitchen	The kitchen is well equipped. It has a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and the mostl necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Outside and General	The villas are set on a large enclosed plot with gated entrances The Swimming Pools: Shared swimming pool 6 x 12 metres, 1,30 to 1,80 m deep (Meadow View Villas). Shared swimming pool 7 x 15 metres, 1 to 1,5 m deep (Sunny Hills Villas). Stone paved pool area providing plenty of sun bathing space. The pool have lovely paved sun bed areas. Getting the sun from morning to evening it they are the ideal place for sunbathing and relaxing. Sun beds and umbrellas are inclusive. The Barbecue(s): Covered stand alone BBQ with fireplace Dining opportunity for larger groups
Linen	The villas are cleaned between lets Bed linen & towels provided. Change 1x weekly. Airport service incl. Local contact for emergencies (English speaking)
Suitability	We regret that we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups. Children welcome. Suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible. These are non smoking villas.

We have also secured the services of an English Speaking Taxi Driver who will exclusively drive you to and from any restaurants in the evenings for a small fee, enabling you to relax and enjoy the night without the concern of who is going to drive back to the Villa.

Our Rates

The prices are per week per villa and including airport transfer for four people. We accept bookings only of min. 7 days ore more. A security deposit of £ 100 is required cash at arrival. It will be returned before you leave the holiday villa. To reserve a villa we require 20% non-refundable booking deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Minimum stay:
Minimum stay is one week. Each additional day after the fisrt week is paid on a daly basis - one day is 1/7 of the weekly rate.

Change over day
Change over day is flexible. In most cases you will be accomodated immetiately after arrival and also will be able to stay in the villa up to the time you have to leave for the airport.

Cancellation Policy
As our business is small, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancelation policy applies:

DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE	PROPORTION OF TOTAL
More than 56 days	20%
28 - 55 days	50%
Less than 28 days	100%

Schould you cancell your booking the reservation deposit will be forfeited anyway.

The rental price includes following services:

3-Bed villa (sleeps 6) for 1 week

Airport transfer for 4 people. Larger groups hire additionally a second car / taxi (£ 10 each direction) or our driver will escort a hire car too.
