The financial policy of the Builder is very flexible and you will be able to negotiate the payment terms and will receive a schedule of payments so you know exactly what amounts are due and when. It is usual that an amount will be required prior to work starting, but this will never be the full amount. Swimming Pool Construction & Maintenance
