Our villas are located in the village of Bryastovets. Bryastovets is a small-sized village situated in Bourgas region, in southeastern Bulgaria. The settlement lies in the southeastern foothills of the Balkan Mountain, about 250 m above the sea level and has an exclusive geographical location, finding itself close to the a sea and a mountain at the same time.
The village of Bryastovets set in the hills overlooking the city of Bourgas. The setting is ideal for walking, trail running or for the less energetic, simply relaxing. The countryside surrounding the village is made up of rolling hills, woods and streams which are all very accessible and only a few minutes from the village. For bird watchers, Bourgas is the ideal location with extensive nature reserves that act as way-stations for thousands of migrating birds. Whether you are looking for a relaxing stay by the pool, or something more energetic, our villas are an ideal place for your stay.

The population of Bryastovets is around 330 people. The village is well developed and has a community center, a Christian Orthodox church, a shop, three coffe-bars, gas station and a bus stop. There is a daily public transport to Bourgas. The shop and the bars are located in the centre of Bryastovets on the village square. In the shop you will find most essential groceries like bread, cheese, sweets, ham & eggs, crisps, juice, coke, beer, local alcoholic drinks, etc.

The bars serve local food of good quality at very reasonable prices (up to several times cheaper than Sunny Beach). The basic menu includes soups, salads, chicken and pork specialities, steaks, etc. You can also order there water, coke, beer, other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, crisps, ice cream, etc. The bars are family friendly and the staff (some of them) speaks English.

Bryastovets is a pretty green village, located outside the bustle of the big seaside resorts which has a lot to offer. You will get here the chance to experience the tranquil relaxed atmosphere of the country life changed little by the modern world. The settlement is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful and unspoilt nature sceneries and wonderful views of the Black sea and the city of Bourgas. The perfect combination of the fresh mountain air and the warm Blacksea sun makes the days enjoyably hot and the nights refreshingly cool, thus offering excellent conditions for recreation and healthy living. You can be sure you will get a good night’s sleep here undisturbed by the humming motorbikes and honking cars of the big city.

City of Bourgas
It is a nice and quick drive to the city of Bourgas. The distance from the villas to Bourgas is 19 km only. You will find several large supermarkets like Metro/Makro and Carrefour at the very beginning of the city. These supermarkets are easy to find and give holidaymakers the opportunity to stock up with food and drinks for a whole week.

Did You Know?
Bourgas has a large and sandy beach strip. There are many bars, coffee shops and restaurants along the beach promenade with beautiful sea views. The promenade itself is a nice place for a walk and very popular with the people living in Bourgas.
Nessebar & Sunny Beach
The probably best known Bulgarian Seaside resorts. The old quarter of Nessebar linked to the mainland by a narrow neck of land is included in the list of monuments of the world cultural and natural heritage compiled at UNESCO. It is a gorgeous place to visit with outstanding fish restaurants (must visit). Nessebar is linked to Sunny Beach by a short strip of sand dunes (protected as natural reserve).
With more that 120 hotels and tens of apartment Sunny Beach can accommodate some 60, 000 visitors. It is a pretty crowded holiday place but it stil offers zillion things to do. There are a zillion things to do in Sunny Beach. All family activities include windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, speed boating, scooter-driven parachuting, pedalboat-ing, water skiing, horseback riding, archery, mini-golf, roller and in-line skating, bowling, tennis, bicycling, wall climbing (for the truly bored), and beach volleyball. Night Life runs the gamut from floor shows and variety acts to casinos to clubs and discos.
The two water parks in Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Kids love them and mama and papa will be happy too.
Town of Aytos
Aytos is a small town some 11 km west of Bryastovets. There is a fairly decent supermarket in Aytos where fresh fruits and vegetables can be bought at the stalls outside. On Wednesday there is a local market at Aytos (above supermarket) selling clothes, household items, jewellery, stoves, etc. There is a zoo in Aytos which is well “hidden” (outside of town and no road signs). We will be glad to give you drive directions for the zoo in Aytos.
Town of Kableshkovo
Kableshkovo is another small town some 9 km from Bryastovets on the main road to Sunny Beach. There are various shops across Kableshkovo and a market again. The same market from Aytos is at Kableshkovo on Thursday.
