Villa Eden is a traditional Bulgarian house renovated to modern standards. The Villa is decorated in a style typical for the south-east Bulgaria with stone walls and wooden floors. The holiday property is full of character and charm and its convenient location close to both beaches and town make it a great choice for all. The villa comfortably furnished for your pleasant and relaxing vacation with a capacity for 5-6 persons – perfect for families with children.




Overview
Villa Eden is a two storied, three-bedroomed villa with private pool and spacious gardens. Villa Eden is ideally located in the village of Bryastovets within walking distance of tavernas and grocery store in the local village. Short driving to either the holiday resort Sunny Beach or the city of Bourgas.


Layout
The front door opens into an open plan kitchen / dining with lounge area and to a double bedroom on the left. External stairs lead to the second floor where one double and one single bedroom are disposed. On the floor there is a bathroom with WC and Shower and a living-room with open plan kitchen. From the staircase there is a balcony overlooking the private pool and garden.


Swimming pool
Private swimming pool nested in the green garden for sole use of the guests of Villa Eden.


BBQ
To the side of the house there is a large covered BBQ with dining facilities for 6. This is an excellent place for summer entertaining where you can sit in the evenings and enjoy your self-cooked dinner. Electricity and water supply to the BBQ area. The exterior of the villa provides plenty of shaded area for relaxing and eating.


Kitchen Areas
The light kitchens – downstairs and upstairs – have each a convenient workplace with a double hot-plate, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle and a fridge and are otherwise fully equipped for your self-catering purposes.


Garden
The garden is very large and beautifully landscaped with green shrubs and trees; the garden is mainly laid to lawn and fenced to all sides. The garden and pool are well maintained and you will find them in excellent condition for a relaxing and carefree holiday with your family.
