The villa is only 20 - 25 min drive to the city of Bourgas or to Sunny Beach.
The villa
Villa Ramada is an attractive, imposing white villa, located in the center of the village of Bryastovets - possibly the most pretty and unspoiled area in Bourgas region.
The property is set in elevated, large and well kept grounds which offer total privacy and seclusion. The large private pool, exclusive for your use only, faces South ensuring that it can be used all day long. Beautiful views of the whole valley. Sea views available from the front balcony.
Ground Floor
An entry hallway leads to open plan living area and kitchen. The lounge includes a corner settee (pulls down into an extra bed), TV and log fire.
The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, extractor hood and oven, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. Also available kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, ironing board & iron. Dining table and chairs for six.
Downstairs WC (toilet & sink) is very handily placed for garden & pool.
Upstairs
Internal staircase leads to the first floor where the there 3 double bedrooms are. There is one master bedroom with own en suite bathroom and private balcony. The other two bedrooms are twin bedrooms with shared balcony and bathroom with shower. All rooms are clean, modern & contemporary with hot/cold air conditioning, multiple electric points and double glazing.
Swimming pool
Private and secluded pool area behind 1.80m high whitewashed walls and gates for sole use of the guests of Villa Ramada. Pool area is paved for sunbathing, next to the poll with a shady gazebo and BBQ. Pool size 9m x 4m, deep 1.20m. Parasols and sun beds provided.
Garden
Villa Ramada has beautiful views all round. The front is large – paved with natural stone, yellow stone chips with rose garden and flowering yuccas and fruit trees. To the rear of the house there is a lawned garden with pergola & arbour, containing fruit trees - passion fruit tree, date tree, and a central placed willow tree. Also a small vegetable garden grown by the owners.

You will find Villa Ramada in center the village which makes the use of own or rented transportation very easy. Even though Villa Ramada is private and secluded, it is still within a convenient location to both Sunny Beach town and beaches. The bars and restaurants of Sunny Beach and Bourgas are all within just a few minutes drive from the villa making it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The beaches of Nessebar and Bourgas are a 30 minutes drive.
Walking distance to couple of small local shops and bars. The villagers are lovely and friendly. In the village you will be able to experience the real Bulgaria in its charming and relaxing way.
You are still very close to the sea by car and the big city of Bourgas and the international airport. VERY RELAXING AREA
