Holiday Villas in Bulgaria for Rent

The prices in the table below are set per week per villa and apply for bookings of 2 weeks (14 days) and more. An extra charge of £ 40 (€ 50) apply for one week bookings (one-off fee). We accept bookings only of 7 days ore more. A security deposit of £ 100 (€ 150) is required cash at arrival. It will be returned before you leave the holiday villa. To reserve a villa we require 20% non-refundable booking deposit. The balance can be paid in advance using one of our payment methods or cash on arrival.

Our prices are competitively set for bookings of two weeks or more. This single week surcharge goes towards the extra costs (such as administration, cleaning, transportation, and days lost for letting) and applies to bookings of one week only. If you rent a villa for 8 nights or more, the charge will not apply.

Our prices are set independently in GBP and in EUR. Please feel free to select the currency you prefer. We accept payments in both currencies.

Minimum stay:
Minimum stay is one week. Rentals less than a week are charged at the rate of a full week.

Additional days:
Additional days (8-13) are charged on a daily basis - we simply prorate the additional days at the weekly rates form the table above. The single week surcharge is paid once only.

Change over day
Change over day is flexible. In most cases you will be accomodated immetiately after arrival and also will be able to stay in the villa up to the time you have to leave for the airport.

Cancellation Policy
As our business is small, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancelation policy applies:

Schould you cancell your booking the reservation deposit will be forfeited anyway.
